Room Assignments for Exams

For Exams 1, 2, and 3, you may take an alternate exam if and only if
- you have another class during the scheduled exam -OR-
- you have a university excused absence, (see 5.2.4.2 in
Section IV of Student Rights and Responsibilities).
For the Final Exam, you may take an alternate exam if and only if
- you have a university excused absence, (see 5.2.4.2 in
Section IV of Student Rights and Responsibilities) -OR-
- you have a conflict with another exam -OR-
- you qualify to take an alternate exam by
5.2.4.6 in Section IV of Student Rights and Responsibilities.
If you need to take an Alternate Exam, you will need to schedule a time for
the alternate exam with your instructor.
You will also need to complete the
Alternate Exam Request Form and return it to your
instructor at least two weeks before the scheduled exam.
If you have a documented disability that requires academic accommodations,
please see your instructor as soon as possible during scheduled office hours.
In order to receive accommodations in this course, you must provide your
instructor with
a Letter of Accommodation from the Disability Resource Center (Room 2,
Alumni Gym, 257-2754, email address jkarnes at email.uky.edu) for
coordination of campus disability services available to students with
disabilities.
