Title: The Scattering Amplitude at a Maximum Point of the Potential

Abstract: We consider the scattering amplitude for a short range
potential perturbation of the semi-classical Laplacian.  We prove an
asymptotic expansion of the scattering amplitude at an energy which is
a non-degenerate maximum of the potential.
